RESERVATIONS
Please refer to the calendar on our "Contact & Bookings"tab and contact us with the cottage name and dates you would like to rent. Once confirmed by us, you will have 24 hours to pay a 50% deposit to confirm your spot. Please send the names and the number of occupants that will be staying (please also let us know if you will be bringing a furry friend).
You will then receive a confirmation email. Full payment is due 7 days before check in along with a $150 damage deposit. Must be 18 years of age to book.
CHECK IN/OUT
Check in time is between 3-4:30pm. If you choose to arrive earlier, there is no access to the cabins but you are welcome to use our parking spots if they are available and spend the day at the beach.
Check out time is promptly at 10am so that we can prepare for our next guests.
PRICES/PAYMENTS

LOW SEASON (May 14 - June 23 and September 2 - end of October):
Minimum 2 night stay
50% deposit and $150 damage deposit
HIGH SEASON (June 24 - September 1):
Weekly stays only
50% deposit and $150 damage deposit
Payment can be made via credit (additional fee of 3%) or etransfer.
CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of your check in date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
If cancelled within 30 days of booking, you can switch weeks if another is still available but will not receive a refund.
If cancelled after 30 days before check in, you will not be refunded unless we are able to rebook your week, in which case 100% of the deposit will be returned to you. Refunds will be initiated through E-transfer.

Saugeen First Nation does not allow dogs on the beach anytime of year. However, after Labour Day, the North side beach does permit dogs on the beach. There is also an off leash dog park nearby - "Oliphant off-leash dog park". Sunset Hollow does not permit dogs to be left unattended in the cottages.
